Yoga’s benefits are available to anyone who wishes to practice, and I encourage students find what works for them. My goal is to help make the pose fit the person, not the other way around. I use props and offer variations that allow folks to explore, feel into their bodies, and give themselves what they need in the moment.
I’m a 500-hour RYT, former studio owner, and have been teaching for 11 years. You can learn more about my personal yoga experience below, as well find opportunities to practice with me. Touching your toes is not required!
