welcoming and
accessible
approach to yoga

As a both a teacher and student of yoga, I am passionate about accessibility. ALL bodies are yoga bodies, and the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of the practice are available to anyone who seeks them. I have 500-hour RYT certification from Yoga Alliance and have been teaching for 10 years. I focus on adaptability, offering props and variations to help make the pose fit the body, not the other way around. My specialties are Slow Flow & Yin Yoga, but I have training and experience in a variety of styles. I invite you to practice with me. Touching your toes is not required!

Practice with Me

1:1 Sessions

Book a private session with me at my studio space in Lakewood, a 60-minute practice tailored to fit your needs. Before your first session, I’ll reach out to touch base and discuss goals.

On-Demand

Whether you’ve got a full hour or only a few minutes, I’m building a library of pre-recorded practices that can be accessed anywhere. Rent for once or buy to use whenever you need it.

Courses

Curated and coordinated to address specific needs. Life as a caregiver inspired me to create a program for others in the same situation. More unique offerings are on the way.

Yoga & Tarot

Reading and studying tarot has greatly influenced my yoga practice. While they’re two distinctly different traditions, they compliment each other well. Book a 1:1 session that includes both.

Live Group Classes

In person or livestream, here’s where you can practice with me in a class setting.
